Graduate Sales and Marketing Executives

Here is your chance to be involved with one of Australia’s highest profile, progressive, national solar providers. With the field of renewable energy experiencing a huge amount of growth over the last few years our business has soared and we need your help to remain at this competitive placement in the market.

The roles of Graduate Sales & Marketing Executive involve working alongside our existing senior development teams. We will be offering the graduate program to the top 5 individuals that show the highest aptitude for sales and marketing. All 5 successful candidates will go through a 12 week paid induction, from this induction we will be choosing those with the highest aptitude and willingness to learn to progress to business development and marketing roles.

To be suitable for this role you will display the following attributes:

• Be a self motivated and resilient individual.
• Have an energetic and confident approach to work.
• Hungry to succeed in the business world.
• Charismatic and able to talk to a wide variety of people;
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver results;
• MUST have completed a recognised Bachelors Degree (TAFE Diploma allowed in specific circumstances)
• Graduates from the entrepreneurial or marketing disciplines are highly regarded.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Learning the product and industry
• Communicating to homeowners the benefits of solar
• Achieving revenue targets
• Supporting with our online marketing efforts (marketing roles only)

• An attractive base (incl super) for 3 months of induction, training and introductory business development. For those that pass this induction there is a very attractive base + uncapped commissions offering

• Opportunities to move into technical, team leader or operational roles down the track;
• We also have plans for international expansion and possible future international office postings will become available; and
